A reimagined training program that delivers DEI content as a teamwork-focused microlearning video series to strengthen workplace culture and foster inclusive collaboration.
My Role
Led content strategy and creative execution as Visual Director and Instructional Designer in close partnership with subject matter experts.
Developed messaging framework aligned with client goals.
Wrote scripts and designed engaging interactivity for seven animated motion graphics videos and supporting promotional assets.
